1. Why don't you answer my email?
   All technical support and sales inquiries are managed through our online support desk. Technical assistance is only provided to registered customers only. Please check THIS FAQ and the Knowledge Base before deciding you need to submit a report request. thanks!
    
2. Windows 2000 - Where is 2000lite?
   [UPDATE May 2002 - were back into it!]
   
   You probably wont like this... we have temporarily suspended 2000lite development in order to get a couple of other things finished and out the door. Our current list of priorities is:
   1. Improve/complete our developers release of EOS (our embedded client distribution)
   2. Improve final WindowsME features in 98lite Pro
   3. Strengthen customer support (this FAQ and the new licensing is a large part of this strategy
   
   
   Once we are confident that we are under control in these areas we will pour all our resources into completing a lite customization for Windows 2000.
    
3. Windows Me - Where is Melite?
   Windows ME support is already included in 98lite Professional. Full support for WindowsMe starts in 98lite IV -Millennium Edition-
    
4. Windows 95 - Where is 95lite?
   You can use IEradicator to remove Internet Explorer and desktop integration from Windows 95! We do not have plans to develop a fully featured 95lite.
    
5. Windows NT4 - Where is NTlite?
   We have not developed products for windows NT4 at this time. We can rip IE2 and later versions from NT4 using customised versions of IEradicator and if you had a specific need and enough money we would certainly consider building a customised version for your company.
    
6. How do I update my registered email address?
   You can login to your account from our SupportCentre and update your email address at any time. If you registered before August 15 2000 you will need to obtain a new license number to gaina ccess to your account and our support desk.
   
   Our licensing system gives you an individual login to the serverthat is independent of your email address so you maydownload 98lite software even if you forget which email addressyou registered with us. Keeping your registered email address upto date with us is still important. If you ever forget yourlicensing information your email address will be a key toidentifying you and re-issuing your license information.
