What to do if the internet froze and locked up your payment.

Verify whether you were charged or not by going to SWREG's payment lookup site and follow the directions to perform a lookup on your credit card number that verifies whether your credit card was charged or not.

If your credit card WAS charged then you should still receive your license confirmation from LitePC Technologies in your email. A second email containing your receipt for payment is sent directly from SWREG's payment gateway. If only the receipt arrives please contact SALES with the order number from your receipt and we can re-process the order

If your credit card WAS NOT charged please just go back to the payment pages and try to purchase again.
