What does a RETURNED payment or CHARGEBACK mean

You either requested a refund or you challenged the payment on your credit card and had the payment reversed. Therefore your LitePC login account has been closed and marked as either REFUNDED or CHARGEDBACK and you can no longer download our licensed software.

Note: Because we use a secure third party SWREG for all our payments your credit card statement would NOT have mentioned LitePC. Rather, it should have shown a charge by SWREG.  It is possible that you mistakenly reversed the charge because your forgot where you bought our software.  In which case to restore your license just purchase the software again.
