Installing DirectX 9.0c - DirectX did not copy a required file.

Under Windows Me only:

When installing DirectX 9.0 you may see the error message:

"DirectX did not copy a required file."

This occurs when the "Microsoft PCHealth" help center has been uninstalled.

You can install the "Microsoft PCHealth" from the System Tools section of the control panel Add\Remove applet (Microsoft PCHealth) is added by 98lite when you use 98lite to "Take Control" of your system.
