In XPlite Professional you can find Windows XP Sound Theme under the group titled System Tools & Utilities System Tools & Utilities.

Install Windows XP Sound Theme:

Windows XP Sound Theme is a stand-alone component. The function of Windows XP Sound Theme does not rely on any other XPlite Professional components and removing other components in XPlite Professional should not influence Windows XP Sound Theme.

Uninstall Windows XP Sound Theme:

Windows XP Sound Theme is not required by other system components in XPlite Professional. You can safely uninstall Windows XP Sound Theme without compromising other XPlite Professional components.

BUT PLEASE NOTE: You may have other software installed that does require Windows XP Sound Theme. If you encounter any compatibility issues with other software you can quickly and easily reinstall Windows XP Sound Theme using XPlite Professional.
