To reduce the likelihood of problems please ensure you are using the latest versions of our software. You should also periodically check the free downloads page as any patches, or service packs will be made available there as we examine any incoming bug reports.

Bug Reports
If you would like to submit a bug report, please check the FAQ, and then search the Knowledge Base and only when you are certain you have a new bug to report please do so using our bug report form. We may not respond to your report directly, but patches and service packs will be periodically available on the free downloads page to assist all of our customers between major software releases.
