Install New Fonts" is missing in the font folder menu under 98lite Sleek and Micro

The "Install New Fonts" menu item is a feature of the Windows 98 Explorer that is not available when using the Windows 95 Explorer.exe in the 98lite SLEEK or MICRO desktop configurations.

To install new fonts just copy the files to your c:\Windows\Fonts folder.
