The "Shrink" tab of XPlite contains utilities for locating extra space that might be recovered to further reduce the installed footprint of Windows.
In XPlite v1.6 the ability to scan for, and remove uninstaller information for all the various bug fixes and security updates was added. The Analyze button will start a scan for uninstallers and log files associated primarily with Windows Updates. Few people need to uninstall these updates and bug fixes and the uninstaller information is only provided in case there are substantial conflicts with other applications that might cause an end user to want to revert to an unpatched (and hense less secure) operating system. Such occurences are rare. Once the uninstaller files and log files have been located you have the option to Delete them and recover the space.
The option to delete the files to the recycle bin provides an extra level of assurance.
